Patricia Jean (O'Connor) Mansini, 93 of Ferdinand died Monday, November 28th in Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper. She was born February 9, 1923 in Indianapolis to Thomas J. & Louise (Seuffert) O'Connor. She married Angelo Mansini in 1944 at St. Phillips Catholic Church in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death in 1995. Patricia attended St. Phillips Parochial School, the Franciscan Academy, and Marian College. She worked for many years in the Center Township Assessor's Office and was a Trust Officer and the Indiana National Bank. She was a former member of St. Phillip, St. Andrew and St. Lawrence Catholic Churches in Indianapolis and also a member of St. Ferdinand Parish. Surviving are a son, Guy Mansini OSB of St. Meinrad. She was also preceded in death by a son, Matthew Mansini, and a sister, Margaret Connel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Little Flower Catholic Church in Indianapolis, burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 PM EST Thursday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand, and from 10:00 AM till the service time Friday at the church.
